He possesses high expertise in the use of a wide spectrum of mega prostheses for limb-salvage surgeries, allograft reconstructions, nail cement spacer reconstruction, rotation plasty and various spine tumour excision and reconstruction including sacrectomies.
Over the past decade, Dr Kishore B Reddy has performed numerous surgeries, a few of which include pelvic curettages, one of the most challenging surgeries in orthopaedic oncology, disc replacement operations, and spinal deformity corrections. His work has also included the first rotationplasty for tumours and the first wide femur excision with ECRT reconstruction for a tumour performed in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
He has a special interest in pelvic tumour reconstructions. He has successfully done more than 1000 limb-salvage surgeries for bone tumours in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Moreover, he has published around 5 articles in prestigious national and international journals. He has also presented papers at various conferences and has been an active participant. As one of his many accomplishments, he completed the first femur replacement for patients with bone cancer in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

A faculty member of National and International Orthopedic Oncology Conferences.
The first rotation plasty was performed on a three-month-old with Ewings sarcoma, as well as several other similar cases in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Performed the first wide excision following ECRT reconstruction of the distal femur in a 16-year-old with non-metastatic osteogenic sarcoma.
First Total Femur Replacement for Bone Cancer in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
